Partnership Law:

Mergers and Acquisitions:
Lawrence advises buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses. He has particular expertise in advising Unique and Specialized Business Owners (USBOs).

Lawrence assisted in the development of Privacylawcompliance.com (www.privacycompliance.com) which is a convenient, customized and affordable program to enable businesses and non-profit organizations to comply with the Massachusetts Privacy Law (201 CMR 17).
Commercial Real Estate:
Lawrence represents commercial developers and commercial lenders in real estate development projects and financing transactions.
Personal:
Lawrence currently resides in Randolph, MA with his wife Corinne. He plays in several basketball leagues and also enjoys golf, tennis, weightlifting, volleyball and playing the guitar.
