Innovative Business Law Group (IBLG) collaborates with business broker Paul Siegenthaler of Ridge Hill Partners, Inc.

We schedule regular networking breakfasts and presentations at IBLG on the needs of Unique and Specialized Business Owners (“USBO” is our acronym).

The underlying premise is that USBOs need more help up front to prepare a business for sale and maximize enterprise value.

Ridge Hill Partners and IBLG have worked successfully with a number of USBOs and feel they have an edge in helping them plan and execute a successful business transition.

We invite people from different professional disciplines and limit each breakfast to ten (10) people. These breakfasts have proven to be a good networking opportunity and the feedback on the presentation has been very positive.
