We represent commercial lenders and other construction and permanent lenders in connection with commercial real estate mortgage loans for acquisition, refinancing and construction financing.

We advise commercial and residential developers and builders in the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of real estate projects ranging from multifamily homes and small subdivisions to large planned residential communities to commercial buildings and malls.

We are also involved in other projects, including serving as corporate counsel to housing cooperatives and condominiums.
